Renowned Afrobeat icon Abolore Adegbola Akande, popularly known as 9ice, and Bullion Records’ newly signed artiste, Abdul Rahman Yusuf, better known as Harcher, delivered electrifying performances at the Bullion New Year 2025 Get-Together Funfair. The event, hosted on January 1, 2025, at Bullion Park, Torotoro Quarters, Oloke-Ibafo, Ogun State, was a night to remember, uniting music lovers under a star-studded lineup.

For 9ice, a veteran in the Afrobeat scene, the night was an opportunity to inspire the next generation of artists while thrilling fans with his timeless hits. Reflecting on his journey, 9ice said, “Music is about legacy. Events like this remind us of the power of sound to unite, inspire, and celebrate our cultural roots. Seeing young talents like Harcher stepping up gives me hope for the future of Afrobeat.”

Harcher, the fast-rising star who has recently joined Bullion Records, shared the stage with 9ice, marking a pivotal moment in his budding career. Speaking after his performance, Harcher expressed his gratitude for the opportunity. “It’s a privilege to share the stage with a legend like 9ice. Bullion Records has given me a platform to showcase my talent, and tonight, I feel even more inspired to make a mark in the industry.”

Bullion Records, a subsidiary of Bullion Go-Neat Global Limited, is known for nurturing young talents and elevating them to international prominence. The label’s commitment to the entertainment industry aligns with its broader goal of fostering youth empowerment and cultural preservation.

Ambassador Olufemi Ajadi Oguntoyinbo, the CEO of Bullion Records, emphasized the importance of such events in promoting Nigeria’s rich musical heritage. “This funfair is not just a celebration; it’s a statement of hope and resilience. At Bullion Records, we are dedicated to supporting talents like Harcher, who represent the future of Afrobeat. Our collaboration with icons like 9ice underscores our mission to bridge generations through music,” Ajadi remarked.

The event also highlighted Bullion Records’ strategic vision of creating a synergy between veteran artists and rising stars. The collaboration between 9ice and Harcher during the funfair demonstrated the label’s ability to blend experience with innovation, creating a harmonious blend of sounds that captivated the audience.

The Bullion New Year Get-Together Funfair was more than just a concert; it was a testament to the resilience and vibrancy of Nigeria’s entertainment industry. The photograph capturing 9ice and Harcher together, aptly captioned “January first, all night spent with Adigun Alapomeji (9ice) at Bullion Get-Together Funfair Party,” has since gone viral, embodying the essence of the night.

With 9ice’s mentorship and Harcher’s undeniable talent, Bullion Records is poised to continue making waves in the entertainment industry. As the label charts a path for its artistes, fans can expect more groundbreaking performances and collaborations in the months ahead.
