The premiere of the highly anticipated movie Seven Doors was a night to remember, as prominent Nollywood actor and filmmaker Femi Adebayo hosted family, friends, and dignitaries at The Filmhouse Cinema, IMAX Lekki, Lagos, on Wednesday, December 11, 2024.

The event, which marked the official unveiling of the thrilling movie, brought together industry heavyweights, government representatives, and cultural icons to celebrate a masterpiece set to debut on Netflix on December 13, 2024.

Expressing his gratitude, Femi Adebayo praised his parents, Dr. and Alhaja Adebayo Salami, for their unwavering love and guidance. “My parents have always been my greatest cheerleaders. Their love, encouragement, and belief in my dreams have been my driving force,” he said.

The premiere also had in attendance Idris Aregbe, the Senior Special Assistant on Arts, Culture, and Tourism, who represented the Executive Governor of Lagos State. Femi Adebayo acknowledged his presence, saying, “Having the state government represented by Mr. Idris Aregbe is truly humbling. It’s a testament to the government’s recognition of the importance of the arts and entertainment industry in driving cultural and economic development.”

Veteran musician King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal (KWAM 1) was also among the notable guests. Femi described KWAM 1 as a constant pillar of support. “KWAM 1 has been an incredible supporter of all my endeavors. His presence and kind words mean the world to me,” he remarked.

Corporate executives such as the Managing Director of TPumpy Estates and the CEO of Unique Motors were also recognized for their contributions. “Their support is invaluable, and it underscores the vital role of corporate sponsorship in the entertainment industry,” Adebayo added.

Adebayo also heaped praise on his co-star Chioma Chukwuka and the entire Seven Doors cast and crew for their hard work and dedication. “This project is a team effort. The phenomenal cast, led by Chioma Chukwuka, and the crew members who worked tirelessly behind the scenes, are the true heroes of this film,” he said.

As the countdown begins for Seven Doors to premiere on Netflix, Adebayo is optimistic that the movie will resonate with a global audience. “This film is a labor of love, and I can’t wait for the world to experience the magic we’ve created,” he concluded.

With its gripping storyline and a stellar lineup of actors, Seven Doors is poised to captivate audiences worldwide, further solidifying Femi Adebayo’s reputation as a trailblazer in the Nigerian film industry.
