Hon. Tolani Lookman Lawal

By Ibrahim Kegbegbe

Eti-Osa, Lagos – April 9, 2025 —
The Merit Newspaper has joined residents of Ward D, Eti-Osa Local Government Area, in celebrating Hon. Tolani Lookman Lawal as he marks his birthday today, Wednesday, April 9.

Lawal, a councillorship aspirant under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has continued to earn the admiration of community members for his consistent engagement with grassroots development and inclusive leadership.

In his goodwill message, a resident of Mayegun Town, Mr. Semiu Ibrahim, commended Lawal for his humility, accessibility, and non-tribalistic approach to politics. He noted that Lawal’s style of leadership has fostered unity among diverse ethnic groups residing within Ward D.

“Hon. Tolani Lawal is a politician whose political prowess never creates tribalistic divisions among the different Nigerian citizens living within and outside Ward D. May God grant him long life, prosperity, and the wisdom to continue in sound health,” Ibrahim said.

He further expressed optimism that Lawal will clinch the APC ticket in the forthcoming party primary elections, adding that his emergence as councillorship candidate would pave the way for continued progress and development in the ward.

“May you win the forthcoming primary election to become the councillorship candidate for Ward D under APC so that you can take our community’s development to the next level,” he prayed.

Supporters across the ward also praised Lawal’s contributions to youth empowerment, community outreach, and party loyalty, describing him as a unifier and visionary leader.

As the race toward the local government elections gathers momentum, Lawal’s birthday celebration serves as a rallying point for well-wishers and political allies who believe in his commitment to people-oriented governance.
