The Senatorial Chairman of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) in Ogun Central, Hon. Akingbala Semiu, has extended warm felicitations to Rev. Mother Esther Niyilola Adeniji, popularly known as Iya Aladura, on the occasion of her birthday today, Thursday, October 30, 2025.
In his congratulatory message made available to journalists in Abeokuta, Hon. Semiu described Rev. Mother Adeniji as “a virtuous woman, a strong pillar of faith, and a divine instrument whose life continues to inspire countless souls across Nigeria.”
He noted that her unwavering commitment to spiritual growth, community development, and humanitarian service has made her not just a religious leader but also “a mother to many, beyond denominational and political lines.”
“Rev. Mother Esther Adeniji is a rare gem. Her life exemplifies humility, faith, and compassion. On this special day, I join millions of admirers and well-wishers to celebrate a woman of uncommon grace and wisdom. I pray that God continues to bless her with long life, sound health, and greater spiritual strength,” Hon. Semiu said.
The NNPP Senatorial Chairman also highlighted her consistent role in promoting peace and unity in Ogun State and beyond, noting that Iya Aladura’s leadership in the ministry has provided hope to the less privileged and spiritual direction to many homes.
“Her charitable works and intercessory prayers have touched lives. She has shown that leadership in God’s vineyard is about love, service, and selflessness,” he added.
Hon. Semiu further called on religious and political leaders to emulate Rev. Mother Adeniji’s dedication to truth, discipline, and nation-building.
In his concluding remarks, he prayed:
“As she marks another year in good health and divine favor, may her light continue to shine brightly. May her ministry expand in influence, and may she continue to be a vessel through which God blesses humanity.”
Several members of the NNPP family in Ogun State, as well as community leaders and clerics, also joined in sending goodwill messages to Rev. Mother Adeniji, celebrating her as “a mother of faith, peace, and resilience.”
