Hon. Atele Jeremiah Nunayon on Saturday, June 13, 2026, marked another milestone as he celebrated his birthday with thanksgiving and renewed optimism for the future.

The politician and grassroots mobiliser described the occasion as another opportunity to reflect on God’s faithfulness and the journey of life, declaring that he is “shining brighter than ever” as he adds another year.

In a message to friends, associates and supporters, Hon. Nunayon expressed gratitude to God for the gift of life and for the grace that has sustained him through various stages of his personal and political journey.

“Another trip around the sun, and I’m shining brighter than ever. Happy birthday to the person who never gives up on me. Thank God I am plus one today. IDAN is plus one. Hip, Hip, Hip, Hurray!” he said joyfully.

The celebrant also used the occasion to acknowledge the role played by businessman and political leader, Ambassador Olufemi Ajadi Oguntoyinbo, whom he described as a father figure and mentor.

According to him, the guidance, encouragement and support he has received from Ambassador Ajadi have contributed immensely to his growth and development in politics.

“I appreciate my boss, Ambassador Olufemi Ajadi Oguntoyinbo, for his fatherly role in my political journey,” he added.
