The Action Peoples Movement (APM) candidate for Oyo Central Senatorial District, Ambassador Olufemi Ajadi Oguntoyinbo, has felicitated with Mr. Cami Ezenwa, Senior Lecturer at the Nigerian Institute of Journalism (NIJ), Ogba, Lagos, and Chief Editor of The Eagle Online, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as an outstanding journalist, educator and mentor whose contributions have continued to impact the media profession positively.

In a congratulatory message made available to journalists on Tuesday, June 16, Ajadi lauded Ezenwa’s commitment to journalism practice and media education, saying his distinguished career has helped shape many professionals in the industry.

According to Ajadi, Ezenwa has remained a shining example of excellence, integrity and dedication, virtues that have earned him admiration within and outside the journalism profession.

“On this special occasion of your birthday, I join your family, friends, colleagues and associates in celebrating a remarkable journalist, teacher and mentor, Mr. Cami Ezenwa,” Ajadi said.

“Your passion for truth, commitment to excellence and unwavering dedication to nurturing future generations of journalists have distinguished you as one of the finest professionals in the media industry. Through your work in the newsroom and the classroom, you have continued to inspire countless individuals and contribute immensely to nation-building.”

The Oyo Central senatorial hopeful noted that Ezenwa’s wealth of experience and commitment to ethical journalism had earned him the respect of colleagues, students and media stakeholders across the country.

“Birthdays are occasions to celebrate God’s faithfulness and reflect on a life of impact. Mr. Ezenwa has devoted a significant part of his life to advancing journalism and mentoring young professionals. His contributions to journalism education and practice are worthy of recognition and appreciation,” he stated.

Ajadi, himself an alumnus of the Nigerian Institute of Journalism and a media entrepreneur, prayed for God’s continued blessings upon the veteran journalist.

“As you celebrate another year today, I pray that Almighty God grants you sound health, greater wisdom, peace, happiness and many more fruitful years ahead. May your days be filled with joy and renewed strength, and may you continue to touch lives and make invaluable contributions to the growth of journalism and the development of our dear nation,” Ajadi added.
