The Friday, May 2, 2025, edition of e Splash, the flagship entertainment program on TVC, was a captivating one as fast-rising Afro-fusion artiste Abdul Rahman Yusuf, popularly known as Harcher, made a guest appearance that thrilled viewers.

Anchored by renowned presenters Honeypot and Jay Paul, e Splash remains one of Nigeria’s most vibrant entertainment shows, serving audiences the latest trends, viral moments, and in-depth interviews with stars and emerging talents from across the global entertainment scene. From music and fashion to film, the show is a trusted platform for pop culture insights.

During the live segment, Harcher opened up about his journey as an artiste and his affiliation with Bullion Records, the Nigerian and UK-based label managing his career. He praised the label for its unique approach to talent development and for playing a role that goes far beyond music.

“Bullion Records is not just a record label to me,” Harcher said. “They’ve taken on the role of family—providing mentorship, emotional support, and career direction. The kind of care and investment I receive from the management goes beyond contracts and music. It’s like having a second home.”

Harcher’s appearance on e Splash comes just months after his breakout single, Loke Loke, began gaining traction across streaming platforms, solidifying his place as one of the next big voices in Nigeria’s Afrobeat scene. His performance style—blending streetwise energy with melodic storytelling—has earned him a rapidly growing fan base, both locally and internationally.

Bullion Records, known for its commitment to nurturing young talent and building long-term music careers, continues to distinguish itself in Nigeria’s competitive music industry. The label’s strategic focus on artist support, production, and branding is gradually building a legacy of excellence.

“We want our artistes to feel seen, supported, and secure,” said Mr. Femi Elegbede, Entertainment Director of Bullion Records, speaking behind the scenes. “Our goal is not just to make stars, but to build responsible individuals who can impact society through their music.”

The synergy between Harcher and Bullion Records is already yielding results, as seen in his recent regional tour and the anticipation building around his upcoming EP. His appearance on e Splash offered fans a closer look at his personality, humility, and hunger for success.

In an era where many young artistes struggle with the challenges of fame and industry pressure, Harcher’s groundedness and gratitude reflect a refreshing narrative—one of loyalty, growth, and purpose.

As e Splash continues to spotlight rising talents, viewers can expect more engaging features that showcase the heartbeat of Africa’s thriving entertainment culture.
