Femi Adebayo

Renowned Nollywood actor and producer, Femi Adebayo, has announced his involvement in the launch of the Plastic Waste Exchange Mission, a groundbreaking initiative by 1Win and Recycled.

Set to take place on January 11, 2025, at the Watershed Celebration Center, Greenspring Aromolaran, Old Ife Road, Ibadan, the event aims to promote environmental sustainability by encouraging the recycling of plastic waste. Participants are invited to bring a minimum of 5kg of plastic waste, which can be exchanged for cash and groceries.

Sharing his excitement on his Facebook page, Adebayo said, “Looking forward to an impactful day and can’t wait to meet you all in person. Together, we can create a cleaner, greener future!”

The initiative is part of efforts to combat plastic pollution and promote a cleaner environment in Nigeria.
