ABUJA — Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, was visibly elated as she joined millions of Nigerians in celebrating the Super Falcons’ historic victory at the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON).
In photos shared from the State House on Saturday night, the First Lady watched the final match with excitement and pride as the Falcons lifted the coveted trophy after a dramatic comeback against Morocco. Her joyful expressions captured the national pride and unity that followed the team’s 3-2 victory.
