Mama Baldé later doubled the lead in the second half as Guinea-Bissau continued to control proceedings and frustrate the Nigerian team.
Nigeria failed to produce a response capable of changing the direction of the match, while Guinea-Bissau remained disciplined defensively.
Álvaro Djaló completed the emphatic victory by scoring a third goal in stoppage time, sealing a 3-0 win for Guinea-Bissau.

The defeat leaves Nigeria with work to do in their quest for qualification for the 2027 AFCON, following their earlier 2-1 victory over Madagascar.
