The leading gubernatorial aspirant in Oyo State under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Ambassador Olufemi Ajadi Oguntoyinbo, has extended warm birthday felicitations to one of his loyal entourage members, Hon. Akingbala Semiu, as he marks his birthday on Friday, April 24, 2026.

In a congratulatory message made available to journalists, Ajadi described Akingbala as a dependable ally and a committed grassroots mobiliser whose dedication to the ideals of good governance continues to inspire those within his political circle.

“On this special occasion of your birthday, I celebrate not just your life, but your unwavering commitment to our shared vision of a better Oyo State,” Ajadi said. “Your loyalty, diligence, and passion for service at the grassroots level have not gone unnoticed. You have consistently demonstrated what it means to stand firm in support of a cause that prioritises the welfare of the people.”

The gubernatorial hopeful noted that individuals like Akingbala remain critical to the strength and sustainability of any political movement, particularly at a time when the state requires leaders and supporters who are deeply connected to the needs of the people.

Ajadi further commended the celebrant’s humility and accessibility, describing him as “a bridge between leadership and the grassroots,” adding that his contributions have helped in fostering unity and strengthening support across various communities.

“As you mark another year today, I pray that God grants you good health, wisdom, and greater opportunities to continue your service to humanity. May this new chapter bring you fulfilment and renewed strength to keep contributing meaningfully to society,” he added.
Hon. Akingbala Semiu, a known figure within Ajadi’s political structure, has been actively involved in mobilising support and engaging stakeholders at the local level, particularly in advancing the PDP’s agenda in Oyo State.
