Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has joined other dignitaries to celebrate Otunba Bushura Adedeji Alebiosu at his 90th birthday celebration, describing his life as a testament to purpose, consistency, and grace.

Sanwo-Olu, in a post shared on his official handle, prayed for continued peace, good health, and long life for the nonagenarian.

At the event, the governor was seen in a warm handshake with his deputy, Obafemi Hamzat, both smiling in a public display of unity.

Also present was the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Mudashiru Obasa, who stood beside the deputy governor during the interaction.

The gathering, although a social celebration, also attracted political attention due to recent developments within Lagos political circles.

Obasa had recently declared support for Hamzat’s reported gubernatorial aspiration ahead of 2027, adding subtle political undertones to the appearance.

The event combined celebration and quiet political symbolism within Lagos’s evolving political landscape.
