Seyi Ahmed Tinubu

By The Merit Newspaper Newsroom

Lagos, Nigeria – October 13, 2025

The Management and Editorial Board of The Merit Newspaper have joined family, friends, business associates, and admirers across Nigeria and beyond to celebrate Mr. Seyi Ahmed Tinubu, the distinguished entrepreneur, philanthropist, and son of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, as he marks his 40th birthday today, Monday, October 13, 2025.

In a statement personally signed by Mr. Ibrahim Taofeek Kegbegbe, Editor-in-Chief of The Merit Newspaper, the publication described Seyi Tinubu as “a young, dynamic, and purpose-driven Nigerian whose commitment to innovation, social impact, and youth empowerment continues to inspire a new generation of leaders.”

“Seyi Tinubu represents a bridge between Nigeria’s past and future—a reminder that leadership, responsibility, and service can begin early,” Mr. Kegbegbe stated.
“At just 40, he has shown remarkable maturity in balancing enterprise with philanthropy. His work through the Noella Foundation and Loatsad Promomedia has proven that Nigerian youths can succeed globally without abandoning home-grown values.”

Mr. Kegbegbe further noted that Seyi Tinubu’s consistent efforts to promote youth inclusion, support creative industries, and champion social causes have set a model for responsible citizenship and next-generation leadership.

“In Seyi Tinubu, we see a symbol of continuity—someone who upholds the virtues of diligence, compassion, and national pride. As he celebrates this milestone age, we at The Merit Newspaper wish him renewed wisdom, health, and the strength to continue contributing meaningfully to Nigeria’s development,” he added.

Born on October 13, 1985, Seyi Tinubu has over the years built an impressive portfolio that spans advertising, social enterprise, and youth advocacy. As the CEO of Loatsad Promomedia, one of Nigeria’s leading outdoor advertising companies, he has redefined brand communication through technology-driven innovation.

Beyond business, his Noella Foundation—named after his daughter—has impacted hundreds of youths through mentorship, scholarships, and humanitarian outreach programmes. His philanthropic vision aligns with his father’s belief in empowering young Nigerians to drive sustainable development.

As Seyi Tinubu turns 40, The Merit Newspaper joins millions of Nigerians to celebrate a man who continues to inspire hope through action and empathy through service.

“We salute his resilience, humility, and forward-thinking approach,” the editorial board concluded. “May the next forty years of his life bring greater accomplishments and blessings to him, his family, and the nation he represents.”
