Eti-Osa, Lagos — April 15, 2025

The Executive Committee Members (Excos) of Ward E in Eti-Osa Local Government Area have extended warm birthday wishes to Hon. Noheem Adams, the lawmaker representing Eti-Osa Constituency 1 in the Lagos State House of Assembly, as he marks another year today, Tuesday, April 15, 2025.

In a congratulatory message made available to newsmen, the chairman of the Ward E Excos, Ambali Azeez, praised the lawmaker’s unwavering commitment to legislative excellence and community development.

“On behalf of the entire executive members and the good people of Ward E, I wish Hon. Noheem Adams a happy birthday filled with long life, prosperity, and godly wisdom in good health,” Azeez stated. “We appreciate his consistent dedication to enacting laws that promote good governance, social welfare, and human development, especially within Eti-Osa Constituency 1.”

Azeez emphasized that Adams has distinguished himself as a lawmaker who understands the pulse of his people and strives to reflect that in his contributions to the House of Assembly.

“Hon. Adams is not only known for his commitment to legislative responsibilities but also for his passion for the development of his constituency,” he added. “We pray for him to gain more political strength and moral clarity to continue championing humanitarian and development-focused initiatives for the people of Eti-Osa.”

Hon. Noheem Adams has over the years sponsored several bills and motions aimed at improving infrastructure, security, education, and the overall quality of life in his constituency. His grassroots engagement and responsiveness have earned him accolades from constituents and stakeholders alike.

The birthday message from Ward E leaders is one of many pouring in from political allies, community groups, and admirers as the lawmaker celebrates another milestone in his public service journey.
