A self-styled Director-General of the purported Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council (PFIPC), Adeniyi Adeyemi, has been arrested following an order issued by the Federal High Court in Abuja.
According to TVC News, Adeyemi was taken into custody shortly after Justice Mohammed Umar issued a warrant for his arrest when he failed to appear in court for his scheduled arraignment.
Adeyemi is expected to answer an eight-count charge, marked FHC/ABJ/CR/562/2025, bordering on allegations of forgery, fraud, and impersonation.

Although the case was listed as the 12th matter on the court’s cause list, the defendant was absent when the case was called. However, his counsel, Mr. Genesis Francis, informed the court that he was representing him.
