British-Nigerian businessman and social media influencer, Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, popularly known as Denisi or Ego, has died at the age of 43 after undergoing a penis enlargement procedure in Thailand.
According to findings presented at an inquest at the Inner West London Coroners’ Court, Ubiribo underwent the cosmetic procedure at an unnamed clinic in Bangkok in March 2026, where about 40 millilitres of hyaluronic acid and lidocaine were injected into his penis.
Ubiribo was reportedly on holiday in Thailand with his wife, Danielle Simba Allen, when he underwent the procedure.
After the treatment, the couple went for a massage, during which Ubiribo complained of chest pain and reportedly lost consciousness twice.

He was subsequently rushed by ambulance to Sukhumvit Hospital, where he was initially conscious and able to respond to questions. His wife informed medical personnel about the recent penile filler injection.
However, Ubiribo later lost consciousness before a recommended CT scan could be carried out.
Doctors diagnosed him with a pulmonary embolism, a potentially fatal blockage of blood flow in the lungs, and transferred him to intensive care.
Medical personnel reportedly performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for more than 100 minutes, but Ubiribo died in the early hours of March 6.
A postmortem examination conducted in the United Kingdom later found cellular material in his lungs consistent with the hyaluronic acid used in the penile injection.
At the inquest, coroner Jean Harkin concluded that the cosmetic procedure had caused the pulmonary embolism that led to Ubiribo’s death.
Ubiribo, who was also known online as Denisi and Ego, was a social media personality known for sharing aspects of his luxury lifestyle and travels with his followers.
His death has renewed concerns about the potential risks associated with cosmetic procedures, particularly injectable penile enhancement treatments.
The exact Thai clinic where the procedure was performed was not identified in the reports.
