Harcher at his EP Listening Party at Ikeja on Sunday 15 June, 2025

Lagos, Nigeria – June 16, 2025

Xtacy Premium Night Club in Ikeja came alive on Sunday night as Bullion Records‘ sensational artist, Harcher, hosted a high-energy listening party for his debut EP, The Great Arrival. The electrifying event spilled into the early hours of Monday, leaving no doubt that Harcher has indeed made a grand entrance into the music scene.

Held at the club’s vibrant location on 2 Keffi Street, opposite the ICM entrance of Shoprite, Alausa, the listening party drew a buzzing crowd of music lovers, influencers, industry stakeholders, and entertainment insiders—all eager to witness the rise of the artist now widely dubbed “The King of Vibez and Energy.”

According to The Merit Newspaper, the listening party was not just a showcase of Harcher’s 7-track EP but a bold declaration of his artistic vision and readiness to shake the African music industry. From the moment he took the stage, the atmosphere was electric. Harcher performed each track live, including crowd favourites like “Jo Si (Dance To It),” “Stamina,” and “Gratitude,” with choreographed dancers, immersive lighting, and nonstop crowd engagement that had guests on their feet till dawn.

Speaking with journalists on the red carpet, the singer—whose real name is Abdul Rahman Yusuf—was visibly moved by the turnout.

“I’m overwhelmed by the support tonight,” he said. “Seeing people vibing to my songs, dancing, smiling—this is the dream. The Great Arrival is my heart, and sharing it this way is a blessing I won’t forget.”

He described the EP as a personal statement, reflecting his evolution as an artist.

“Every track tells a story—from pain, joy, hustle, to love. Tonight was a celebration, but it’s also the beginning of something bigger.”

Before stepping off the stage, Harcher promised more to come.

“This is just the beginning. Expect more sound, more growth, and more greatness. This vibe won’t stop anytime soon.”

Also in attendance was Ambassador Olufemi Ajadi Oguntoyinbo, Chairman and CEO of Bullion Records, who couldn’t hide his pride in the young star.

“Harcher is a rare talent,” Ajadi said. “Tonight proved he’s not only got the voice and energy but also the heart and charisma to dominate this industry. The Great Arrival is a statement from Bullion Records to Africa and beyond—we’re here to elevate real music.”

The night featured additional highlights including a mini-documentary screening of behind-the-scenes footage from the EP’s creation, and the premiere of the colorful and energetic “Jo Si (Dance To It)” music video. The visual is already enjoying heavy rotation on top platforms like MTV Base, Trace Naija, Soundcity, and HipTV.

With a successful launch, a powerful EP, and a show-stopping performance, Harcher hasn’t just arrived—he’s staking his claim on the future of African music.
